In order to ensure we get your files into production as fast as possible, we have made a few changes. Using Web Upload (just like Facebook) a short form is presented, that information will trigger a ticket and production starts immediately. This bit of automation is just one of many things we are doing to make production more streamline. FTP file dropping has been dropped due to lack of practical automation.
